What is the minimum order quantity?
100lb per product. Every product on the site is sold wholesale starting at this tier.
How do I place an order?
Choose a product, select a variation and quantity tier, then click Place Order. Fill in your contact and shipping details on the Order page and submit — no payment is taken on the site.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or wire transfer (T-T). Our team provides payment details once your order is confirmed.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Netherlands and Australia. Other destinations may be possible — ask via the Contact page.
Are the container prices final?
No — container-tier prices are estimates for a full load. Final pricing is confirmed after order review since freight, customs and packaging can affect the total.
What if I want a product variation not listed?
Let us know in the notes field of your order request, or contact us directly, and we'll confirm what's available.
